Cancellation and Refund Policy

We're committed to providing an amazing learning experience! To ensure we can accommodate all our students, we have a few guidelines in place.

Lesson Cancellation
We understand that life can be unpredictable! If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the lesson will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be issued. This helps us accommodate other students' schedules.

Late Arrival Policy
We're excited to see you! If you arrive late to a lesson, don't worry – we'll make the most of the remaining time.

Refund Policy
We want to ensure you're completely satisfied! If you need to cancel your lessons, we'll provide a refund for any unused lessons, minus any applicable administrative fees.

Refund Schedule
- 30 days or more prior to the lesson start date: 100% refund
- 15 days prior to the lesson start date: 50% refund
- Less than 5 days prior to the lesson start date: no refund

Refund Process
To request a refund, simply email us within the specified timeframe. We'll process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refund Exceptions
We're here to help! In exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, family emergency), we may offer a refund or alternative arrangements.
